But let a pipe freeze, and you’re talking big bucks, especially in the Napa Valley, where an unexpected frost can happen overnight causing damage to vineyard and home alike. Oakville Pump Service wanted a way to dramatize this often overlooked danger in what most people think of as sunny California.

Getting readers to be logical is not always easy. However, in this case we enlisted the services of the greatest fictional logician of them all—Sherlock Holmes. His magic still worked—with an almost 10% return rate on this mailer post card.
